The questions that usually change the next step

Can individuals use this service, or is it only for businesses?

Individuals are welcome. You can contact us for one hard-to-buy item, a small personal order or several marketplace purchases, as well as for wholesale and business sourcing.

Can you help me buy just one item?

Yes, when the product, seller and shipping route are workable. For a low-value item, the service fee and international shipping may make the purchase uneconomical, and we will tell you that before unnecessary work starts.

Can you work with a supplier I already found?

Yes. In many cases that is the easiest place to start. We can help with quotation comparison, supplier review, samples, QC, China domestic receiving, consolidation or shipping coordination without replacing the supplier you chose.

Can you buy from Alibaba or 1688?

Yes, when the product, seller and payment route are within scope. Alibaba is built for international trade more often than 1688, while 1688 frequently assumes a domestic China buying process. We look at the actual seller and order rather than treating the two platforms as identical.

Do I always need a sourcing agent to buy from China?

No. If a supplier already gives you clear terms, a suitable payment method and workable international shipping, buying direct may be simpler. An agent becomes more useful when you need comparison, local coordination, checks, consolidation or another China-side task.

What should I send in the first email?

A product link or photo, expected quantity, destination country and the part you want help with. If you already have a quotation or supplier contact, include it. A polished RFQ is not required for the first review.

How are sourcing and buying fees charged?

We price the work from the scope. A supplier review can be a defined task, while supplier search, repeat purchasing or agency work may use a project or ongoing structure. Supplier, inspection, storage and freight costs remain separate from our service fee.

Can you arrange quality checks or FBA prep in China?

Yes, depending on the product and project. Work can include photo confirmation, sample coordination, third-party inspection, labels, sorting, packing instructions, carton counts and forwarder handoff.

Do you guarantee that a supplier is safe or that customs will clear the shipment?

No. Supplier review can identify available information and inconsistencies, but it cannot guarantee future behavior. We also do not control carriers, customs authorities or destination-country import decisions.
