Help You Buy From China

FAQ

Answers to common buyer questions about China buying fees, payment platform fees, shipping, sourcing, inspection, refunds, prohibited items and working hours.

What information should I prepare before ordering?

Please prepare product link or photo, target quantity, color, size, model, version, material, packaging or logo requirement, destination country, deadline, supplier contact if available, inspection requirement and shipping preference. See the How to Order page for the full checklist.

Who is responsible for receiver information?

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete receiver information. If a parcel is delayed, returned, lost, charged extra fees or cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated receiver information provided by the buyer, related costs and risks may be the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I change the address after shipment?

After a parcel is handed over to the carrier or forwarder, address change, parcel recall, shipping method change, declaration change or cancellation may not be possible. Extra cost, delay, return or loss caused by post-shipment changes may be the buyer’s responsibility.

Are third-party costs refundable?

Third-party costs are refundable only if and to the extent the relevant third party actually refunds the amount to us. Product cost, supplier charges, shipping, warehouse, inspection, payment processor, bank, currency conversion, customs-related, tax, duty or carrier fees are not our service income.

Is the full amount I pay your service income?

No. The buyer payment may include product costs, supplier charges, domestic shipping, international shipping, warehouse handling, inspection, packaging, storage, payment platform deductions and other third-party costs. Our service fee is only one part of the total payable amount.

Do you refund payment platform fees?

Payment platform fees, currency conversion spreads, payout or withdrawal fees and bank fees are charged or deducted by third parties. If the payment provider does not return those amounts, we are not responsible for refunding them from our own service fee or funds.

How long does China domestic delivery take?

China domestic delivery usually takes about 3–7 days after seller dispatch. This does not include seller processing time, production time, custom work, warehouse handling, photo checks, consolidation, repacking, inspection or international delivery.

Why do you prefer email for contact?

Email creates clearer written records for product details, fees, approvals, warehouse photos, shipping instructions and dispute review. This helps protect both the buyer and the service provider.

When does free storage start?

Storage time starts when each parcel is marked as received in warehouse. Approved consolidation orders may receive up to 7 days free storage per parcel, active multi-supplier orders may extend up to 14 days, and managed sourcing projects may request up to 30 days by approval.

How are disputes handled?

Disputes should be submitted in writing with evidence. We review request records, approved specifications, payment records, warehouse photos, supplier communication and shipping information before proposing possible next steps.

Do you offer free sourcing research?

No. We may provide a brief basic screen for obvious prohibited products or service mismatch, but supplier search, quote comparison, negotiation, detailed feasibility review and logistics planning are paid work.

How is the buying service fee calculated?

It depends on product value, number of suppliers, SKU count, seller risk, destination country, inspection needs, consolidation work, urgency and communication complexity. Minimum service fees apply because low-value orders can still require significant time.

Why are payment fees separate?

Payment platforms may deduct transaction fees, international card fees, currency conversion fees, payout fees or withdrawal fees. These fees are charged by the payment provider and may reduce the amount we actually receive.

Who pays China domestic shipping?

The buyer pays China domestic shipping from supplier to warehouse or forwarding point unless the seller includes it in the product price.

Who pays international shipping?

The buyer pays international shipping. We can help coordinate options, but final cost depends on weight, dimensions, destination, carrier, product type and customs requirements.

Can you act as a shipping forwarder or dropshipping helper?

We can coordinate receiving, basic photo checks, consolidation, packing notes and handoff for legal goods, but we are not the carrier, customs broker or legal importer.

Can you guarantee the lowest-price supplier?

No. The lowest quote is not always the safest option. We focus on better-value, lower-risk options based on supplier signals, quote clarity, samples and shipping feasibility.

Can you guarantee quality?

No honest sourcing service can guarantee every product or supplier. Inspection reduces visible risk but does not remove all risk. Lab testing, certification and third-party inspection can be coordinated separately.

Can I buy counterfeit or replica goods?

No. Counterfeit, replica, IP-infringing, illegal, dangerous or restricted goods are not accepted.

What are your working hours?

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. We are closed on statutory holidays. Supplier replies may also be delayed during Chinese holidays or factory shutdowns.

What should I send first?

Send product link or photo, target quantity, destination country, target price, material, size, color, logo or packaging needs, deadline, supplier contact if available, inspection needs and shipping preference.

Why do you need written approval?

Written approval protects both sides. It reduces disputes about product specs, price, supplier choice, sample decisions, inspection notes and shipping instructions.

Need help with a legal product request?

Send your link, photo, supplier contact or RFQ. We review feasibility, fees, risks and scope before execution.
