Not every warehouse can perform every prep task. Confirm requirements early.
Sorting and counting
Sort by SKU, color, size, model or order batch where feasible.
Packaging notes
Request polybag, carton, insert, warning label, fragile note or carton mark by scope.
Consolidation
Combine parcels from multiple sellers into one shipment or batch.
Photo confirmation
Basic photos before handoff, by request and capability.
Forwarder handoff
Prepare goods for handoff to carrier, forwarder, FBA prep route or buyer-designated warehouse.
China prep work
Labels, sorting and packing instructions need to match the actual shipment.
A prep request is much easier to quote when we have the SKU count, unit quantity, label files, carton rules and the destination warehouse or forwarder. For Amazon FBA work, send the current shipment plan and platform instructions rather than relying on an old checklist.
Label files
Send the exact FNSKU, barcode, carton or warning labels that should be applied, together with placement instructions.
Unit and carton count
Tell us how many units, SKUs and cartons are involved. A 20-unit test batch and a 2,000-unit prep job are not the same task.
Final handoff
Provide the Amazon warehouse, forwarder or other destination details so packing and labeling can be reviewed against the real route.
Marketplace sellers
Send the current prep requirements before the goods arrive.
For Amazon FBA, Shopify, TikTok Shop or other marketplace workflows, the seller must provide platform requirements and labels where needed.
Amazon FBA labels
Buyer provides correct labels, carton requirements and shipment plan where applicable.
SKU instructions
Buyer confirms SKU, variant, label and packing requirements in writing.
Quality boundary
Prep service is not product testing or certification review.
Timing
Prep work may require extra warehouse time, especially during peak season or holidays.
Fee logic
Prep pricing follows the actual handling work.

Useful for labeling, sorting or individual item preparation.
Project fee
Useful for mixed tasks, complex instructions or multi-supplier prep.
Limits
Platform rules still apply after prep is finished.
Amazon, marketplaces, customs, carriers and destination warehouses may reject goods for reasons outside our control.
The buyer is responsible for platform compliance, labels, product legality, required certificates, destination rules and marketplace account requirements.
