Shipping forwarding support
For legal goods that need China-side receiving, checking, consolidation and shipment handoff.
This service is useful for personal buyers, small buyers and eCommerce sellers who buy from Chinese sellers but need a China-side contact to receive goods, check visible details, consolidate parcels and coordinate shipment handoff.
Basic photo check
Visible product, packaging, label, quantity or obvious mismatch checks can be requested.
Consolidation
Multiple parcels may be combined when feasible. Extra handling and packaging fees may apply.
Packing notes
We can request packaging notes, carton marks or fragile handling when accepted by warehouse or forwarder.
Shipping option review
Options may depend on weight, dimensions, product type, destination country, carrier restrictions and customs risk.
Forwarder handoff
We can coordinate handoff to a carrier or forwarder, but we are not the carrier, customs broker or legal importer.
Important limits
Forwarding is not possible for every item.
Some products may be legal to buy but difficult or impossible to ship internationally. We may refuse goods that are prohibited, restricted, unsafe, oversized, fragile, mislabeled or unsuitable for the destination.
Not a customs guarantee
Destination import legality, duties, taxes and customs clearance remain buyer responsibility.
Carrier rules apply
Batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, electronics, cosmetics and food-related products may require pre-check.
Fees are separate
Domestic shipping, international shipping, warehouse handling, storage, packing and return costs are charged separately.
How forwarding fees may be calculated
Forwarding cost depends on work, not only parcel value.
Receiving / handling
Per parcel, per seller or per consolidation project. Minimum handling fee may apply.
Photo check
Basic or detailed photo check may be charged separately depending on requested detail.
Packaging / storage
Extra carton, protective packing, storage days, repacking or special handling may create extra cost.
