How to Order

A clear order process helps avoid wrong items, unclear costs, shipping delays, address mistakes and disputes. Please prepare product details and receiver information carefully before paid execution or shipment.

Order process

From product request to shipment handoff.

The exact steps depend on service scope. A simple buying request may be shorter; sourcing, samples, inspection, consolidation or export-to-China support may require more steps.

Feasibility and scope reviewWe review serviceability, legality, product risk, seller complexity, shipping concerns and service scope.
Confirm product detailsBuyer confirms product link, model, color, size, quantity, version, logo, packaging and other specifications in writing.
Confirm fees and third-party costsService fee, product cost, domestic shipping, payment/platform fees, inspection, warehouse handling and shipping-related costs are confirmed where available.
Buyer approves executionPurchase, sourcing, sample order, inspection, consolidation, return or shipment should not proceed without written buyer approval, unless separately agreed.
Goods arrive in ChinaGoods may go through seller dispatch, China domestic transit, warehouse receiving, photo check, inspection, consolidation or repacking by scope.
Buyer confirms shipping informationBefore shipment, the buyer confirms receiver details, shipping method, insurance need, declaration information and packaging instructions.
Shipment handoff and progress updateAfter shipping approval and payment, goods may be handed off to carrier or forwarder. Progress updates can be requested by email.
Before purchase

Product confirmation is the buyer’s responsibility.

Before purchase, the buyer must confirm product link, model, color, size, quantity, version, logo, packaging and other specifications in writing.

Important: If the buyer approves the wrong product, wrong option, wrong quantity or incomplete specification, we may not be responsible for the resulting loss unless the error was caused by our confirmed written mistake.
Receiver information checklist

Buyer must verify complete and accurate receiver information.

Many shipping problems are caused by incomplete address, wrong phone number, missing postal code, missing tax ID, wrong city/state, missing company name or late address changes. Please check all information before shipment approval.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete receiver information. If the parcel is delayed, returned, lost, charged extra fees or cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated receiver information provided by the buyer, related costs and risks are the buyer’s responsibility.
Before shipment

Shipping instruction should be confirmed in writing.

No shipment is handed off until the buyer confirms the shipping instruction in writing, unless otherwise agreed.

Confirm receiver information

Full name, address, phone, email, postal code, tax ID and customs information if required.

Confirm shipping method

Carrier/forwarder, shipping cost, insurance option, signature need and delivery expectation.

Confirm packaging instruction

Keep/remove original packaging, repacking, consolidation, carton mark, fragile handling or special note.

After shipment handoff: address change, parcel recall, shipping method change, declaration change or cancellation may not be possible. Any extra fee, delay, return, failed delivery or loss caused by post-shipment changes or incorrect buyer information may be the buyer’s responsibility.
