Check a Chinese supplier before you send money

A buyer-side review of company identity, commercial documents and payment details. The goal is to catch inconsistencies and unanswered questions before a deposit or balance payment moves.

What we can compare before payment

Send the company name, website or marketplace profile, quotation or invoice, payment beneficiary details and the product you are discussing. We compare the information rather than assuming each document belongs to the same entity.

Company identity Registered company details and the business identity shown in the material you received.

Quotation and commercial documents Names, addresses and other details that should line up across quotations, invoices, contracts or supplier profiles.

Payment beneficiary Whether the requested beneficiary or account information raises a question that should be resolved before funds move.

Supplier claims that need follow-up Obvious inconsistencies in product, company or communication details that deserve a direct question rather than an assumption.

A supplier review can reduce avoidable uncertainty, but it cannot prove that a supplier will perform perfectly in the future.

When another check is worth doing

Before the first deposit You found the supplier yourself and want the company, documents and payment details compared before sending money.

The bank account or beneficiary changed A change may be legitimate, but it should be explained and matched to the correct company before payment.

The documents do not tell the same story The supplier name, invoice, marketplace profile, email domain or payment details do not obviously belong together.
