Terms of Service
These terms explain service scope, buyer responsibility, refusal rights, fees, refunds and prohibited requests.
Not the original seller
We are not the manufacturer, original seller, carrier, customs broker, escrow company, financial institution or legal importer of your goods.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer must confirm product legality, import suitability, duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination-country requirements.
Right to refuse
We may refuse, cancel or stop any request that appears illegal, restricted, suspicious, abusive, misleading or too risky.
Fees and refunds
Once research, supplier communication, sample purchase, order execution, inspection coordination or logistics work starts, service fees may not be refundable.
No false declarations
We do not support fake invoices, undervaluation, counterfeit goods or attempts to bypass customs, carrier, platform or payment rules.
Important Fee Notice: Not every amount paid by the buyer is our service income. Product costs, supplier charges, payment processor deductions, shipping fees, warehouse costs, inspection fees, customs-related charges, taxes, duties and other third-party costs may be non-refundable unless the relevant third party actually refunds them to us. Responsibility boundary
Third-party Responsibility and Non-control
We may help coordinate with third parties, but we do not control their pricing, fees, processing time, refund policy, shipping decision, customs decision, inspection result, dispute handling or final response.
We are not the seller
We are not the original seller, supplier, manufacturer, marketplace or factory unless separately agreed in writing.
We are not the carrier
We are not the warehouse, carrier, forwarder, customs broker, customs authority, insurer or legal importer unless separately agreed in writing.
We are not the payment provider
We are not the payment processor, card network, bank or currency conversion provider and do not control their deductions or refund rules.
Receiver information responsibility: The buyer must verify receiver name, country, state/province, city, street address, apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, email and tax/customs information if required. Delay, return, extra fees, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided information may be the buyer’s responsibility. Read the Buyer Order Guide.
