Pass-through Costs & Third-party Fees

Not every amount paid by the buyer is our service income. Some costs are paid to, deducted by, charged by, or controlled by third parties.

Core rule

Third-party costs are refundable only when the third party actually refunds them to us.

Product cost, supplier charges, China domestic shipping, international shipping, warehouse handling, storage, inspection, packaging, return shipping, payment platform fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, payout or withdrawal fees, customs-related charges, taxes, duties, carrier fees and other third-party costs are not our service income.

If a payment processor, bank, supplier, warehouse, carrier, inspection company, customs-related party or other third party does not refund a cost, fee or deduction, we are not responsible for refunding that amount from our own service fee or funds, unless otherwise required by applicable law or separately agreed in writing.
Paid to third partiesSupplier, seller, platform, warehouse, forwarder, carrier, inspection company, testing provider, customs-related party or tax authority.
Deducted by third partiesPayment processor fee, card fee, cross-border fee, currency conversion spread, bank fee, payout fee, withdrawal fee or dispute fee.
Used or consumed costsShipping, storage, packaging, handling, return, inspection or service costs may be non-refundable after the work or route is used.
Refund amount limitationAny refund is limited to the amount actually returned to us by the relevant third party, minus applicable deductions or costs.
Service fee limitation

Our service fee covers work, coordination and records.

Our service fee covers review, communication, sourcing work, seller or supplier coordination, purchase handling, sample coordination, warehouse coordination, inspection coordination, follow-up, record keeping and project handling.

Before work starts

If paid work has not started, refund treatment may depend on the written scope and payment method deductions.

After work starts

Once service work has started, service fees may be non-refundable or partially refundable only at our discretion, depending on work already performed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

After execution

After purchase, sourcing, supplier communication, inspection coordination, warehouse handling or shipment work has been performed, service fee refunds may be limited.

Third-party responsibility

We may coordinate with third parties, but we do not control them.

We are not the original seller, supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, carrier, payment processor, bank, customs broker, customs authority, inspection company or legal importer unless separately agreed in writing.

Supplier decisions

Seller pricing, refund policy, return approval, replacement, stock, lead time and product quality decisions are controlled by the seller or supplier.

Carrier and warehouse decisions

Shipping route, delay, damage, loss, storage cost, handling fee, repacking cost and carrier claim result may be controlled by third parties.

Payment and customs decisions

Payment deductions, exchange rate, withdrawal fee, dispute fee, duties, taxes, customs clearance and import restrictions are outside our direct control.
