Coordinate simple product photo request or third-party photoshoot where available.

Labeling / sticker note

Request simple label or sticker handling by scope and warehouse capability.

Packaging note

Ask seller or warehouse to follow packing, carton mark, insert or fragile note where possible.

Return coordination

Coordinate seller return or exchange steps when seller policy allows.

Issue management

When something goes wrong, clear records matter.

Issue coordination fee

May apply when we need to communicate with seller, record evidence and follow up repeatedly.

Limits

Extra service does not turn us into the original seller.

We can help coordinate and document, but supplier policy, carrier limits and product condition may control the outcome.

Refunds, returns, replacement and compensation depend on seller policy, product condition, timing, evidence and whether goods have already been exported.
