Responsibility
Shipping coordination is not customs guarantee.
We can help coordinate shipping options and handoff, but we do not control customs, carrier delay, duties, taxes or final delivery decisions.
The buyer is responsible for destination-country legality, customs clearance, duties, taxes, import permits and final compliance requirements.
China domestic delivery time
China domestic delivery usually takes about 3–7 days after seller dispatch.
This estimate does not include seller processing time, production time, custom work, warehouse handling, photo checks, consolidation, repacking, inspection, shipping quote preparation or international delivery.
If goods are customized, made-to-order, bulky, pre-sale, out of stock or delayed by the supplier, seller processing time may be longer before the 3–7 day domestic transit window starts.
Important fee note
Not every amount paid by the buyer is our service income. Product costs, supplier charges, payment processor deductions, shipping fees, warehouse costs, inspection fees, customs-related charges, taxes, duties and other third-party costs may be non-refundable unless the relevant third party actually refunds them to us.

Receiver information responsibility:
The buyer must verify receiver name, country, state/province, city, street address, apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, email and tax/customs information if required. Delay, return, extra fees, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided information may be the buyer’s responsibility.

Destination matters
Shipping from China to Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia or the Philippines can require different answers.
The same carton can have a different route, transit time, carrier restriction and customs requirement depending on where it is going. We do not use one country estimate as a promise for another destination.
Start with the destination
Country, city and postal code are needed before a useful shipping comparison can be made.
Then check the product
Batteries, liquids, powders, cosmetics, food, medical-related goods and oversized items can narrow the available routes.
Quote after parcel data
Actual weight, carton dimensions and package count make a shipping estimate much more reliable than product price alone.
