Progress status guide
What we can usually update you on.
The exact stages depend on service scope. Not every request includes sourcing, sample, inspection, warehouse handling or international shipping.
1. Request review
Product, quantity, destination, legality, risk and service scope are reviewed.
2. Seller / supplier communication
Seller or factory information, quote details, MOQ, packaging or availability may be checked.
3. Buyer approval required
Purchase, sample, inspection, shipping or extra service steps require written approval.
4. Goods in China
Goods may be waiting for domestic delivery, warehouse receiving, photo check, consolidation or repacking.
5. Shipping preparation
Shipping quote, receiver details, declaration information and carrier handoff are prepared by scope.
Ask for a progress update by email
For an existing project, please email us from the same address used for the order whenever possible. This helps us match the request to the correct project history.
Include your reference
Order reference, project name, supplier name or product description.
Tell us what you need
For example: supplier reply, production status, warehouse receipt, QC, consolidation or shipping handoff.
Keep the existing email thread
If you already have an order email thread, replying to that thread is usually the fastest way to preserve context.

Receiver information responsibility:
The buyer must verify receiver name, country, state/province, city, street address, apartment/unit number, postal code, phone number, email and tax/customs information if required. Delay, return, extra fees, failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided information may be the buyer’s responsibility.
