Helpful advice is welcome. Unpaid sourcing work is not unlimited.
We can do a quick basic screen for obvious prohibited goods or obvious feasibility problems. But supplier research, quote comparison, negotiation, detailed risk review, sample coordination and logistics planning are paid work.

We can check whether the request appears obviously prohibited, impossible or outside our service scope. This is not a full supplier search.
Paid scope review
For product feasibility, seller notes, shipping concerns, quote comparison or next-step recommendation, a scope review fee may apply.

Before paid execution begins, we confirm service scope, service fee, product cost, third-party cost and buyer approval in writing.

We do not present low starting numbers as all-inclusive package prices. Every request is reviewed by product type, seller complexity, number of suppliers, SKU count, inspection needs, warehouse handling, shipping requirements and risk level.

Service fees are quoted by scope. Product cost, China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment/platform fees, warehouse handling, inspection, storage, packaging, return and third-party costs are charged separately. Final quote is confirmed in writing before paid execution.

Important fee protection
Not every amount paid by the buyer is our service income.
Some amounts are product costs, supplier charges, payment processor deductions, shipping fees, warehouse costs, inspection fees, customs-related charges, taxes, duties or other third-party costs.
Third-party costs are refundable only if and to the extent the relevant third party actually refunds the amount to us. If a third party does not refund a fee, deduction or cost, we are not responsible for refunding that amount from our own service fee or funds.
Payment/platform feesCharged or deducted by payment processors, banks, card networks or currency conversion routes.
Supplier and product costsPaid to sellers, suppliers, factories or platforms. Refund depends on their actual refund policy and response.
Shipping and warehouse costsCarrier, forwarder, warehouse, storage, packaging, return and handling charges may be used or non-refundable once incurred.

How is the buying fee calculated?
It depends on product value, service scope, supplier complexity, number of sellers, inspection needs, shipping handling and risk level.
Why are payment fees separate?
Payment platforms may deduct transaction, cross-border, currency conversion, payout or withdrawal fees. These are not service profit.
Can you forward goods for me?
Yes, if the goods are legal, accepted by the carrier and suitable for forwarding. We can coordinate receiving, photo check, consolidation and handoff.

We receive requests globally, but service review and China-side coordination follow working hours and statutory holidays.
