How to order

Clear buyer preparation reduces avoidable mistakes.

Before purchase or shipment, buyers should confirm product details, service scope, fees, receiver information, shipping method and customs-related details in writing.

Prepare product details

Product link, photo, quantity, color, size, model, version, packaging, logo and deadline.

Confirm costs and scope

Service fee, product cost, payment/platform fees, shipping, warehouse, inspection and third-party costs.

Verify receiver information

Full name, country, city, address, postal code, phone, email, tax ID and shipping instructions.

Important fee protection

Not every amount paid by the buyer is our service income.

Some amounts are product costs, supplier charges, payment processor deductions, shipping fees, warehouse costs, inspection fees, customs-related charges, taxes, duties or other third-party costs.

Third-party costs are refundable only if and to the extent the relevant third party actually refunds the amount to us. If a third party does not refund a fee, deduction or cost, we are not responsible for refunding that amount from our own service fee or funds.
Payment/platform feesCharged or deducted by payment processors, banks, card networks or currency conversion routes.
Supplier and product costsPaid to sellers, suppliers, factories or platforms. Refund depends on their actual refund policy and response.
Shipping and warehouse costsCarrier, forwarder, warehouse, storage, packaging, return and handling charges may be used or non-refundable once incurred.
Inspection and third-party servicesInspection, testing, certification, customs-related, tax, duty or other third-party service costs are not our service income.
